Quality issues with Attorney & Chambers product

I want to report a serious concern with Attorney & Chambers's account that I purchased on June 12, 2020 from your Lake Simonehaven, Idaho store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aliya L., but my issue remains unresolved.
