I have been a loyal customer of Gourmet & Culinary Naples for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-4485-TPL-2220) on November 1, 2021, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Gourmet & Culinary Naples still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
