Frustrated with Gourmet & Culinary Naples's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Gourmet & Culinary Naples for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-6680-LHF-5277) on August 17, 1977, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
