I want to report a serious concern with Gourmet & Culinary Naples's device that I purchased on September 13, 2010 from your New Rhettport, Maine store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jamey N., but my issue remains unresolved.
