I have been a loyal customer of Trend & Zone for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-1063-XJJ-6401) on February 7, 1994, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Trend & Zone contacted me to troubleshoot the jeans. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
