I am writing regarding order #ORD-4175-GDW-6119 placed with Value Store Ltd. on February 4, 1985. I paid $970.3 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moses V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Value Store Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
