I am writing regarding order #ORD-4175-GDW-6119 placed with Value Store Ltd. on February 4, 1985. I paid $970.3 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moses V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
