Unsatisfactory resolution from Emporium & Group

I have been a loyal customer of Emporium & Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-6396-DAT-2159) on May 31, 1982, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 29, 2025 05:51I appreciate Emporium & Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement athletic shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
