I want to report a serious concern with Vitality Associates Launceston LLC's plan that I purchased on April 19, 1974 from your Balistreritown, Virginia store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rosa G., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 04, 2025 05:23Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $182.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
