I am writing regarding order #ORD-9372-QYF-7410 placed with Prime Medical Practice Corp. on December 1, 2008. I paid $861.66 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maximus Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
