I am writing regarding order #ORD-6762-UWF-4606 placed with Summit Education Holdings on November 25, 1993. I paid $902.38 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Filomena D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 26, 2025 05:13I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from Summit Education Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
