Frustrated with ScholarMinds León Corp.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8261-BCE-5833 placed with ScholarMinds León Corp. on January 31, 1991. I paid $407.11 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Christy S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
