Misleading advertising by Trade Hub

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3347-TDP-9548 placed with Trade Hub on June 19, 1976. I paid $36.23 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Peyton D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
