Poor customer service experience with Trade Hub

On February 6, 2007, I signed up for Trade Hub's return process at their Kaylieshire, Florida location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $419.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vesta D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
