I am writing regarding order #ORD-5844-BXY-2405 placed with United Health on July 7, 2006. I paid $967.50 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Seamus J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Sarah Jackson at United Health offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
