I am writing regarding order #ORD-5844-BXY-2405 placed with United Health on July 7, 2006. I paid $967.50 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Seamus J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:34I've received an email from Sarah Jackson at United Health offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
