Poor customer service experience with United Health

On February 27, 1998, I signed up for United Health's upgrade service at their Chandlerside, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $207.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pascale L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
