Warranty claim denied by Logic Ware

I purchased a appliance from Logic Ware on January 23, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dillon T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 08, 2025 05:52After my initial complaint, Logic Ware contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty coffee. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
