I purchased a gadget from The Traditional Kitchen on June 2, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Francisca B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
