Quality issues with The Traditional Kitchen product

On February 25, 2004, I signed up for The Traditional Kitchen's installation service at their South Enola, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $496.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jackeline N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
