I purchased a system from Realty Development on June 6, 1973. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stuart N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Realty Development finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the mattress, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
