I am writing regarding order #ORD-2225-UIF-5303 placed with Expert Properties Contractors Bristol on November 15, 2023. I paid $721.84 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Franz I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:20Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $16.49 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
