I want to report a serious concern with Academic Achievement Institute's appliance that I purchased on August 27, 1985 from your South Joestad, New York store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sammy Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
