Unresolved issue with Solicitor Partners, Partners product

On October 9, 2002, I signed up for Solicitor Partners, Partners's delivery service at their Kovacekfurt, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $540.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darrel J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
