I have been a loyal customer of Solicitor Partners, Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-5983-CKD-5461) on October 30, 2017, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Solicitor Partners, Partners called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
