I purchased a accessory from Knowledge Training on October 22, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alejandrin K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Knowledge Training reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
