I want to report a serious concern with Knowledge Training's accessory that I purchased on April 18, 1971 from your East Ezra, Michigan store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ismael P., but my issue remains unresolved.
