On October 21, 2024, I signed up for Knowledge Training's repair service at their North Mona, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $390.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Keaton W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Peyton Johnson from the Service Excellence at Knowledge Training, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
