I have been a loyal customer of Cloud Edge Long Beach for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-2088-EJB-2415) on November 29, 2012, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Cloud Edge Long Beach still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their repair service.
