I am writing regarding order #ORD-9967-YLR-2854 placed with Cloud Edge Long Beach on August 26, 2007. I paid $604.23 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gracie I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
