I purchased a gadget from Cloud Edge Long Beach on May 26, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Candelario C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and Cloud Edge Long Beach still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
