Frustrated with Essential Hospital International's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Essential Hospital International's gadget that I purchased on February 3, 2012 from your Kihnside, Kentucky store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lexus E., but my issue remains unresolved.
