I want to report a serious concern with Essential Hospital International's service that I purchased on February 26, 2011 from your North Hermanborough, New York store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zoey K., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 25, 2025 05:51I want to acknowledge that Essential Hospital International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $98.26 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $98.26 for a television that never worked properly.
