I want to report a serious concern with Class of Academy LLC's membership that I purchased on February 11, 2011 from your Piperstad, Minnesota store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sharon G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Class of Academy LLC called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
