I am writing regarding order #ORD-1523-MJS-4666 placed with Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises on August 13, 1978. I paid $482.81 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wade Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their expedited shipping.
