I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Trend for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-7067-HRE-8511) on March 19, 2010, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 27, 2025 05:49I want to acknowledge that Fresh Trend has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $308.27 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $308.27 for a t-shirt that never worked properly.
