Billing dispute with Quality Dishes

I want to report a serious concern with Quality Dishes's system that I purchased on July 20, 2018 from your Elianfurt, Indiana store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Christelle C., but my issue remains unresolved.
