I want to report a serious concern with Diagnostic Foundation Milan's system that I purchased on August 2, 1988 from your Port Gretashire, New York store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dominique T., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 06:07Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $88.93 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
