Robo Ware tech support failed to resolve issue

I have been a loyal customer of Robo Ware for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-6805-ZNW-9257) on August 19, 1974, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
