Unsatisfactory resolution from Robo Ware

I want to report a serious concern with Robo Ware's package that I purchased on May 7, 1988 from your West Mollyland, Massachusetts store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kiley X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 03, 2025 05:17Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $228.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
