Misleading advertising by Robo Ware

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8358-LAZ-2466 placed with Robo Ware on January 21, 1971. I paid $849.90 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrel S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
