I want to report a serious concern with Meta Nexus Inc.'s product that I purchased on May 30, 1984 from your Maryamfort, North Carolina store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Wayne T., but my issue remains unresolved.
