Poor customer service experience with Eats & Bistros Pattaya

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8413-STU-7439 placed with Eats & Bistros Pattaya on May 5, 2017. I paid $754.53 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alford V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
