I have been a loyal customer of Expert Advocate Chambers for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-6289-SVH-1788) on April 24, 1982, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Expert Advocate Chambers called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
