I purchased a unit from Strategic Legal Advocates Nottingham Inc. on October 7, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eula E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from Strategic Legal Advocates Nottingham Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
