I want to report a serious concern with Choice Shop Plus's item that I purchased on April 29, 2010 from your Port Bertram, Louisiana store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kitty W., but my issue remains unresolved.
