I want to report a serious concern with Choice Shop Plus's device that I purchased on July 31, 2019 from your New Elton, Oklahoma store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lea T., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 26, 2025 05:36I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The sweater from Choice Shop Plus not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
