I want to report a serious concern with SecurePulse Intelligence Punggol International's account that I purchased on May 5, 2000 from your Farrellton, Oregon store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ludie S., but my issue remains unresolved.
