I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Premier Renovations. After paying $280.26 for software, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Grover P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from Jennifer Smith at Premier Renovations offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The cookware set was clearly defective from the start.
