I want to report a serious concern with Estates & International's unit that I purchased on December 29, 1991 from your Lake Ivorystad, Pennsylvania store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Krista G., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 25, 2025 05:29I've received an email from Riley Garcia at Estates & International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The blender was clearly defective from the start.
