I have been a loyal customer of Estates & International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-7746-GQR-9984) on February 23, 1989, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Estates & International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
