I am writing regarding order #ORD-8247-QPO-5536 placed with Harmony Healing Florence on December 3, 1986. I paid $838.15 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Westley B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
